The CBWC Bursary
The Edge program is open to all graduates of secondary schools. The cost of the 8 month program is about $9,000 for tuition and $3,000 for living expenses.
Students who participate in churches or ministries of the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada are eligible for a $3,000 grant to offset expenses. In addition, they will receive mentoring through participation in a local CBWC church in Calgary or south-central Alberta while completing their year at Rocky Mountain College
Bursary Guidelines
Funds are available to anyone with experience in a CBWC church or who hopes to make their home in a CBWC church.
The funds are dispersed $1500 per semester directly to Rocky Mountain College.
The student is required to volunteer in a CBWC church for 10 hours a week for the 8 months of the program.
The students' interests and passions and the needs of the community guide participation in the specific CBWC church.
