CBWC has a vibrant youth ministry across Western Canada. Our Youth Leadership Team, made up of youth pastors from 14 regions in Western Canada, provides ministry resources, information and supportive care to volunteer and paid youth workers from all CBWC churches. Through this ministry, youth are attracted to the Christian faith and accompanied in their walk with God. Bible studies, youth events, days of service and social activities combine to minister to teens and young adults as they seek to know more about God. Youth are also offered opportunities to serve in short term missions through projects of Canadian Baptist Ministries. Camping offers yet another opportunity for youth to learn and grow in their faith. Through Rocky Mountain College's Edge Program, youth are offered subsidies to attend a one-year discipleship program.

Claire works with the Youth Leadership Team to resource and empower youth ministries and youth workers across Western Canada. The team has a five-fold mandate to resource and coordinate youth ministries across Western Canada, synergize the momentum of the youth and camping ministries, facilitate the national youth work of CBM, and release young adults to be the church.
